EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
TG Ambience Limited is developing a 72 MW gas-fired power plant in Olomoro (scalable in phases to 1000 MW), Delta State, Nigeria, to address the critical power shortages in the region and support Nigeria’s energy transition goals. The project leverages abundant domestic gas, a strategic location, and strong community partnerships, including a land equity deal with the Odugbo Community.

The plant will serve industrial clusters, SMEs, and rural communities through embedded generation and Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) with eligible customers under Nigeria’s Electricity Act. Power will be sold through 10‑year Embedded Generation PPAs with nearby industrial clusters and directly‑connected SMEs, with first electricity targeted for Q4 2029 commercial operation date (COD). The project is structured to align with global Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) standards, promoting job creation, inclusive growth, and clean, reliable energy.
